Last updated: September 24, 2026
This notice applies to onespaceprotection.com, its public pages and sign-in screens. Separate customer agreements, statements of work or product terms may apply to services delivered to a customer and take priority for those services.
OneSpace Protection, Inc. is the organization responsible for this website. The business contact details published on the Contact page are the appropriate channel for privacy questions.
We may handle information you choose to provide, such as your name, business email, company, message and other details in an inquiry. The public contact and demo forms in this preview currently run in the browser and do not transmit or store their entries.
Hosting and security systems may record ordinary technical information needed to serve and protect a request, such as an IP address, browser, device, requested page, time and error details. The private OneSpace portal may additionally handle an authorized administrator account email, session material, mailbox connection settings, encrypted mailbox credentials and connection status.
We use information to operate and secure the website, respond to inquiries, provide requested services, maintain the access portal, prevent misuse, troubleshoot failures, comply with legal obligations and protect our rights. We aim to collect and retain only information needed for these purposes.
We may share information with hosting, infrastructure, security and communications providers that help us operate the website or an authorized service. For mailbox operations, the portal may communicate with the configured cPanel and mail providers at the administrator’s direction. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to respond to a lawful request or to protect people, systems and legal rights.
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose collected, a customer relationship, security records, legal requirements or dispute resolution. Access credentials are protected with technical controls appropriate to the system, including encrypted storage for connected mailbox credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so do not send secrets through public forms.
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Contact us with enough detail to identify your request; we may need to verify it and may retain information required by law or security policy.
The website may use essential browser storage or session cookies for navigation and protected access. The current public preview does not intentionally load advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Links to other websites are governed by their own notices; review them before submitting information.
